2004 – Present Network Admin & Website development, CPI Hospitality Inc.
I provide IT support and website design to Bahia Marina Condo Hotel. My duties include support of real time web reservation system. Email support and troubleshooting of all Microsoft Windows and Office product. Using Frontpage 2003 and Photoshop I update and maintain the company’s website. Our offices are located in Dorado however from time to time I travel to the island of Culebra to perform support at the hotel. I maintain the Hotels POS system and make daily backups of all data.

2001 - 2004 Senior Network Administrator, Around Town, Inc
In this capacity my responsibilities ranged from installing and maintaining the Windows NT Servers and NT workstations of various clients locations.  Manage day to day operations, maintain printers and backup tape units.  Provide desk side support as well as phone support.

Solve PC connectivity issues as well as provide software support for MS Office97, Windows 98 and Windows NT Workstation 4.0. Install, repair and configure new workstations.

Contracted to assist in the roll out of new IBM Thinkpad laptops for all Coopers and Lybrand consultants. Instruct consultants on operation and use.

Languages:

Bilingual, raised by Spanish speaking family and spent many years as a child and youth in Puerto Rico. I also attended Catholic organizations run by Spanish speaking priests. I was also active in organizations that assist Spanish-speaking students, particularly Wentworth Technical Institute, Boston.
